Where do we ship?
We currently ship to the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Scandinavia (NO/SE/DK),
and most other international regions. If checkout shows “No shipping available”, contact us at
info@amayadecor.com.
Processing & delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
• Netherlands: 4–7 business days
• European Union: 3–12 business days
• United Kingdom & United States: 5–14 business days
• Scandinavia (NO/SE/DK): 4–10 business days
• Other regions: up to 15 business days

Tracking your order
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to activate.
Wrong address disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Include photos of the packaging and product (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is verified.
Returns
Return policy
30-day return window on unused items in original packaging. Start a return via email with your order number.
Damaged or defective items
Send photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund after assessment.
Return shipping guidelines
Use the provided label when applicable. Pack safely; we cannot refund damage caused during return transit.

How can I cancel my order?
If the order hasn’t shipped, contact us to cancel. Shipped orders can be returned after delivery.
